At Barefoot Shoes Australia, we want you to experience the perfect natural stride; if your new shoes aren't the right fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
